Projects
StormWrappers responded to a roof fire at a large distribution center that was caused by a lightning strike. The fire caused extensive damage to the roof and metal roof decking. StormWrappers was charged with tearing off 130,000 sq ft of the charred roofing debris down to the deck and then installing TPO as a temporary roof.
LyondellBasell, a global polymer producer, suffered damage to the TPO roof on its bulk loading building. StormWrappers was contracted to dry-in the roof structure. This project required a hot work permit, a fire watch professional, and a third party safety supervisor.
The Gymnasium at Barbe High School suffered wind damage to its walls from Hurricane Laura. StormWrappers dried-in the structure. The StormWrap on this building withstood Hurricane Delta as it ripped through Lake Charles about a month later.
Right near the Sanibel bridge that collapsed, this church in Fort Myers, Florida sustained roof damage from Hurricane Ian, where shingles were blown off and even a steeple was tipped over on the roof. The steeple required a crane to remove it. Once the crane removed the damaged steeple, the roof was shrink-wrapped.
Garage fire allegedly started by a Chevy pickup truck spread to the exterior wall of the home causing fire damage to the east wall of the home and the roof. We wrapped the roof, soffit, and walls to help mitigate against water damage.
BluSky called in StormWrappers to provide emergency enclosure solutions due to a 42in diameter tree that fell on a high end home. This loss required a hybrid solution requiring TPO and StormWrap (shrink-wrap). StormWrappers provided selective exterior demo and secured the property.
